IMPORTANT: VOID IN MONTANA, NEW YORK, MICHIGAN, RHODE ISLAND, AND LOUISIANA, AND WHEREVER ELSE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
These Official Rules and Terms of Service (“Rules”) govern participation in any sweepstakes, giveaway, drawing, or promotional contest offered by JPeezy Sweepstakes through jpeesysweepstakes.com, jpeesy.com, and any related websites, pages, mobile experiences, social channels, email campaigns, or affiliated digital properties (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing the Site or entering any promotion offered by JPeezy Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.

For all references in these Rules, “Sponsor,” “we,” “our,” and “us” mean JPeezy Sweepstakes and its owners, operators, successors, affiliates, and authorized agents.
2. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR OTHER CONSIDERATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
3. Eligibility
The sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry:
- are legal residents of the United States, excluding Montana, New York, Michigan, Rhode Island, and Louisiana;
- are at least eighteen (18) years old;
- have internet access sufficient to complete the entry process; and
- are not otherwise prohibited by law from participating.
The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win:
- employees, officers, directors, members, managers, representatives, and agents of Sponsor;
- immediate family members of the foregoing, including spouse, parents, siblings, children, and household members; and
- any person involved in the development, administration, judging, processing, or fulfillment of the sweepstakes.
This sweepstakes is void in Montana, New York, Michigan, Rhode Island, and Louisiana, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
4. Promotion Period
Each individual sweepstakes, giveaway, or promotional drawing shall have its own stated opening date and time, closing date and time, drawing date or winner selection date, and prize fulfillment period. Unless otherwise specifically posted on the applicable promotion page, all dates and times are measured in Eastern Time. Sponsor’s computer and server systems shall be the official timekeeping devices for all promotions.
5. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must follow the instructions posted on the applicable promotion page on the Site.
Entry methods may include, without limitation, completing an online entry form, submitting name, email address, phone number, mailing address, or other information requested by Sponsor, and complying with any additional free entry instructions stated for a particular promotion.
Entries must be fully completed and received during the stated Promotion Period to be eligible.
Unless otherwise expressly stated for a specific promotion, there is a limit of one (1) entry per person, per household, and per promotion.
Entries generated by script, macro, bot, AI automation, commercial entry service, or other automated means are void. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that appears to circumvent these Rules or manipulate the entry process.
6. Free Alternative Method of Entry
Entries can be submitted without purchase at jpeesysweepstakes.com. This requires the access code from the merchant. Free entries must be received during the applicable Promotion Period and must otherwise comply with these Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to require identity verification before confirming eligibility.
7. Entry Conditions
By entering, you represent and warrant that:
- all information submitted is true, accurate, current, and complete;
- you meet all eligibility requirements;
- your entry does not violate any law or third-party right; and
- you are entering solely on your own behalf.
Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, false, duplicate, late, misdirected, or noncompliant entries are void.
8. Prize Description
Each promotion will identify the available prize or prizes, including a commercially reasonable description and approximate retail value (“ARV”). Prize details not specifically stated are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranty except as required by law.
9. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period.
10. Winner Selection
Unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion, winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawings may be conducted by Sponsor or its designated administrator.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, rule interpretation, winner selection, disqualification, and prize fulfillment are final and binding.
11. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified by one or more of the following methods, in Sponsor’s sole discretion: email, telephone, SMS/text, direct message on social media, postal mail, or public announcement on the Site or Sponsor’s social platforms where permitted by law.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the time required by Sponsor, fails to provide requested verification, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Rules, that winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
12. Verification; Affidavit; Publicity Release
Potential winners may be required to complete and return, within the time specified by Sponsor, an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, a liability release, a publicity release where lawful, a tax form including IRS Form W-9 where applicable, and any other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor.
Failure to timely return required documents may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, voice, social handle, statements, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or notice.
13. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, local, or other taxes, duties, reporting obligations, or governmental fees associated with prize receipt, acceptance, or use.
If required by law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or similar tax document for prizes meeting applicable reporting thresholds.
14. Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who, in Sponsor’s sole discretion:
- tampers with the entry process or Site;
- violates these Rules;
- submits false or misleading information;
- uses multiple identities, email addresses, devices, or accounts to gain an unfair advantage;
- engages in cheating, fraud, abuse, harassment, or threatening conduct; or
- acts in a manner that may damage Sponsor’s reputation or the integrity of the promotion.
15. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Site or any sweepstakes in connection with any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purpose, impersonation of another person, transmission of malware, spam, bots, scripts, or harmful code, attempts to interfere with website functionality, security, or data, scraping, data mining, unauthorized automated access, or any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of a promotion.
16. Social Media Disclaimer
If a promotion is advertised, referenced, or administered through social media, such promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, or any other social platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
By entering through a social platform, entrants release the applicable platform from any and all liability related to the promotion.
17. Website Terms of Use
By using the Site, you agree that the Site is provided for lawful personal use only, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, promotion, or content at any time without notice, Sponsor may refuse access to any user for violation of these Rules or any applicable law, and all content on the Site, including text, branding, graphics, logos, page layouts, and promotional materials, is owned by or licensed to Sponsor and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
18. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, if one is posted on the Site.
By entering, you consent to Sponsor’s collection and use of your information for purposes including administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting entrants and winners, prize fulfillment, legal compliance, and marketing communications where permitted by law and where consent has been obtained.
19. Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, contractors, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the promotion, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries, printing, typographical, or administrative errors, or any injury, damage, or loss of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
20. Technical Issues
Sponsor is not responsible for website downtime, internet or network interruptions, email delivery failures, phone carrier issues, browser or device incompatibility, corrupted data, server delays, or any technical malfunction affecting entry submission, notification, or prize fulfillment.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate any promotion if fraud, technical failure, legal issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
21. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Cancel
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel any promotion or these Rules at any time if necessary for legal, regulatory, technical, business, or administrative reasons.
If a promotion is terminated early, Sponsor may, where feasible and lawful, select a winner from eligible entries received prior to termination.
22. Governing Law
These Rules and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or any promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and each entrant consents to such jurisdiction and venue.
23. No Arbitration / Dispute Resolution
Sponsor does not require arbitration under these Rules.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes shall be resolved individually and not as part of any class action, and entrants waive any right to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages except where prohibited by law. Recovery shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs directly associated with entering the promotion, if any.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
25. Entire Agreement
These Rules, together with any specific promotion page terms and Sponsor’s posted Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between entrant and Sponsor relating to the applicable promotion and Site use.
